A cream and gold tissue silk, embroidered along the body and pallu with delicate floral tendrils in soft pastels. Tissue is one of the lightest of the Banarasi weaves: a sheer ground threaded through with metallic zari that catches and lifts light. The embroidery is hand-stitched, the flowers laid in colour by colour.
