A deep indigo Banarasi katan, scattered all over with cream buti motifs. Buti is the Hindi word for the small woven figure that gives the saree its rhythm. Indigo is one of the oldest dyes on the subcontinent, used in Indian textiles for over two thousand years and named for the country itself.
